Brighton based help with finding work and training or retraining

Building Better Opportunities

Funded by Building Better Opportunities (where The Big Lottery is matching funds from the European Social Fund) the Routes project, run by Community Works in Brighton, is one of a number of initiatives across England. It offers free one-to-one personalised support to help people into employment. The project supports people who are further from the workplace – those who are long terms unemployed, economically inactive and experiencing multiple barriers to gaining employment.

Community works have asked us to lead, manage and deliver the evaluation of the project. We have completed a summative evaluation and are now working closely with the partners and beneficiaries to produce a summative report that reflects the diversity of both the clients and the interventions being made.  This will be completed in March 2019.

Congratulations to the Routes project partners who have just secured a second round of funding to continue with Routes from March 2019 to 2021.
