A thriving social enterprise since 2010, we work to create positive social change with our Personal Development Programmes, Coaching, Project Management and Research & Evaluation.

Personal Development

We design programmes so individuals can develop their skills and experience to cope with change. This change may be in the context of the organisation in which they work or the stage of life they have reached.  Our innovative  approach involves authoring and delivering bespoke programmes, often in partnership.

Coaching

One to one coaching, predominantly around education and employment, to identify skills, look for work, write CVs and job applications, practice interviews and develop confidence in knowing what you want to achieve.

Project Management

Working closely with you, your staff and clients to make the most of every aspect of your project. Our management will deliver your targets on time and within budget, allowing you to work effectively and efficiently.

Research and evaluation for organisations that need to review their activity in order to secure future funding. Our approach always looks to directly engage with those benefitting from as well as delivering the service. We also seek ways to sustain and enhance future activity.
